About the Founder.
Kasem Rodriguez Mohsen is a social entrepreneur who has scaled and sold three companies over a 20-year career. He is also an angel investor, organizational psychologist and formally trained data scientist. Kasem’s passion is working directly with entrepreneurs and innovators to leverage his experience, social network and psychology training to help business leaders stay grounded and healthy while they take their ideas to the next level. He is deeply dedicated to social justice, equity and inclusion, and focuses his work on supporting, mentoring and investing into people of color, women and other historically excluded groups through formal programs and one-on-one counseling. He founded Bustelo Group based on his own need to find relatable and loving coaches for himself and the entrepreneurs in his orbit.
